The Hilton in East Syracuse was a delight to stay at. My family of 3 stayed from Thursday night to Saturday morning to enjoy the NYS Fair for the weekend. We were situated on the third floor, with a large king bed and comfortable pull out mattress which our 10 year old loved. The room was spacious enough for our family member to visit one night, and the bathroom had a full bath and vanity mirror. We enjoyed swimming in the pool which has long hours, 9am-10pm. We also enjoyed the breakfast hours, 6am-10am, which is late compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The room, pool and lobby/hotel overall were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were courteous and considerate no matter the time of day/night.

*perfect location- convenient to highway & for visiting college student — & right next door to Kpot restaurant which was a delicious treat *Very clean, comfortable bed * helpful, friendly staff * breakfast had a nice variety *we plan to use the pool & work out room next time (they looked clean & well organized) * the pet policy- our polite pup will come along on future college visits & maybe find a dog show or two in the area

My stay here was very good. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. We were here to take a tour of Syracuse University. I was happy that the hotel was clean and gave us a nice night sleep.

Good clean room and great water pressure for shower. People at desk were very nice and provided a tooth brush I forgot to pack. Pool was awesome kids loved it was shallow enough at one end for my young ones. Breakfast was awesome and my picky kids enjoyed it. The coffee was awesome one of my favorite things about Hampton inns is the coffee.

The hotel was a little surprise. It was clean, quaint and easily accessible by car. The treats on arrival at reception were a hit with the kids. Absolutely loved that there was ample free parking. A rare find in the US. There is Chuck E Cheese just before the hotel driveway, which would be convenient for long stays with kids.

Staff was so polite, friendly and helpful. Was greeted with cool water and cookies! The room exceeded spaciousness and accommodations. Huge TV and very cozy bed. Best breakfast ever! Thank you so much. It goes a long way to treat customers so nicely.😀
